Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and perks of merchandise
- Provide personalized styling advice and upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Proven experience in retail sales or merchandise merchandising preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus for demonstrating features
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances customer interactions
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, POS transactions, and store presentation
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and transaction accuracy
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while engaging customers actively
- Outstanding time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Phone etiquette skills for assisting customers over the phone or via digital channels
