Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their storage needs, style preferences, and functional requirements for closet and cabinet projects.
- Create detailed and accurate design plans using SketchUp, CAD, or similar design software to visualize concepts clearly.
- Present product demos and design proposals to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options.
- Conduct in-store or in office consultations to showcase products, facilitate upselling opportunities, and enhance customer experience.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing deals, including negotiation of prices and terms.
- Coordinate with construction teams and vendors during renovation or installation phases to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.
- Maintain organized account management records, track project progress, and follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction.




- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients through multilingual outreach or targeted campaigns in retail or high-end sales environments.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales with a focus on high-end products or custom cabinetry.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), POS (Point of Sale) systems, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with customer service expertise to build lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of renovation processes, construction experience, and merchandising principles for seamless project execution.
- Effective communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for broader client engagement.
- Ability to handle cash handling tasks such as cashiering when needed while maintaining organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with product demos, upselling techniques, and marketing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Experience in account management and familiarity with retail or showroom environments enhances your ability to serve diverse client needs effectively.
