Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Closing Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing delicious meals and ensuring the kitchen is ready for the next day’s service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for food preparation, and want to be part of a vibrant community-focused team, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality and presentation, following established recipes and standards.
- Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling and storage techniques during your shift.
- Assist in cleaning and organizing the kitchen area at the end of each shift, including equipment and work surfaces.
- Support the team by completing meal preparation tasks efficiently to ensure timely service during peak hours.




- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to coordinate meal orders and special requests.
- Help with inventory management by noting supplies needed for upcoming shifts.

Skills

- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing meals and maintaining cleanliness.
- Positive communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills.
