Duties

- Oversee daily club operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Schedule staff for events.
- Greet members and guests warmly, providing outstanding customer service at all times.
- Promote club special events to attract events and bookings.
- Manage guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Coordinate with staff to maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and proper equipment functioning.




- Support marketing efforts through engaging communication and outreach to boost club visibility.Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and foster a positive environment.
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with members, guests, and staff.
- Basic cash handling skills with attention to detail for accurate transactions.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.
