Job Summary

We are seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a CNC Press Brake in order to bend and form metal parts. Your expertise will ensure that parts are fabricated accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall quality and productivity of our operations.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine specifications for each project.
- Set up CNC press brake machines by selecting appropriate tooling, adjusting machine parameters, and programming controls for specific bends and shapes.
- Operate CNC press brake equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of finished parts to ensure precision, quality, and adherence to tolerances.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on machinery, troubleshoot issues promptly, and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate production logs, quality documentation,



and inspection reports throughout each shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Skills

- Proven experience operating CNC press brake machines or similar sheet metal forming equipment.
- Strong understanding of metal properties, bending techniques, and tooling options.
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and measurement tools such as calipers and gauges accurately.
- Familiarity with CNC programming basics or G-code is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality control.
- Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine issues quickly and effectively.
- Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
