CNC Operator

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

- Conduct CNC operations efficiently.
- Set up equipment and load materials as required.
- Finish parts and prepare materials according to specifications.
- Maintain neat and orderly inventory.
- Independently adjust programs and collaborate with CAD programmers.
- Ability to interpret drawings blueprints and execute tasks accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.




- Perform daily equipment maintenance and other related tasks.

Qualifications · Motivated and energetic self-starter who can operate in a team environment.

· Strong analytical skills, strategic thinker, and creative problem solver.

· Exceptional organization skills.

· 2+ years experience operating a cnc.

· Must be adaptable and open to changes. Able to switch priorities and multi-tasking based on shifting work focuses/requirements

· Must be physically fit and able to frequently lift assembled cabinets, heavy components, raw materials that weighs up to 60lbs a piece

· Must have reliable personal transportation for work.

· Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset

· Technical training in carpentry, wood working, cabinet making considered an asset

· Technical knowledge of the different types of wood, finishes and their application methods

· Attention to detail. Follow safe work practices. Strong ability to maintain clean/organized work environment in between tasks and at the end of the day is an absolute must!
