About Careviv

Careviv is building a trusted network connecting Canadian clinics with physicians, initially focusing on UK-trained General Practitioners considering practice in Canada.

We help clinics identify suitable doctors while supporting physicians with clearer information, structured matching, licensing navigation, relocation coordination, and the transition into Canadian practice.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven Co-Founder to lead Growth and Strategic Partnerships.

You will build the network that powers Careviv: Canadian clinics seeking physicians, doctors looking for the right practice opportunity, and trusted organizations that can help both sides move from initial interest to a successful, long-term match.

This is not a passive advisory position or a traditional sales role. You will work directly with Careviv’s founding team, take ownership of growth strategy and execution, and help shape the company’s direction, operating model, and culture.

What you will own

- Develop and execute Careviv’s clinic, physician, and strategic-partnership growth strategy.
- Establish trusted relationships with clinic owners, medical directors, practice managers, physicians, and healthcare leaders.
- Build a qualified network of Canadian clinics with current or anticipated physician requirements.
- Develop physician recruitment, referral, and community channels in Canada and the United Kingdom.
- Identify and build relationships with medical associations, professional networks, healthcare organizations, and other relevant partners.
- Lead partnership conversations from initial outreach through qualification, agreement, onboarding, and activation.
- Create clear partnership models and value propositions for clinics, doctors,

and strategic partners.
- Build repeatable playbooks for market entry, outreach, referrals, partner onboarding, and relationship management.
- Maintain a disciplined partnership pipeline with clear stages, ownership, next steps, and performance measures.
- Bring market feedback into Careviv’s product, recruitment, matching, and operational decisions.
- Represent Careviv at relevant industry events, meetings, and partnership discussions.
- Contribute to company strategy, fundraising, hiring, and long-term growth planning.

What success looks like

- Careviv has a growing, qualified network of clinics and physicians.
- Clinic and physician acquisition no longer depends on isolated introductions or founder-led outreach alone.
- Partnership channels consistently generate relevant opportunities for both sides of the network.
- Clinics and doctors understand Careviv’s value, process, and expectations before entering the matching process.
- Careviv has a repeatable model for entering new Canadian markets and developing trusted local relationships.
- Growth is measured through meaningful outcomes, including activated clinic partnerships, qualified physicians, successful matches, and long-term retention, not lead volume alone.

Who we are looking for

You may be a strong fit if you:

- Have experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, physician recruitment, clinic operations,

marketplaces, professional networks, or another relationship-driven industry.
- Have built a meaningful network, partnership channel, or current market from the ground up.
- Can establish credibility with clinic owners, physicians, and senior healthcare stakeholders.
- Are comfortable moving between strategy, outreach, negotiation, pipeline management, and hands-on execution.
- Understand how to turn individual relationships into a repeatable and scalable growth system.
- Use commercial judgment and data without losing the human trust required in healthcare.
- Communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Are comfortable operating with uncertainty and limited resources in an early-stage company.
- Want to build Careviv as an owner, not participate as an occasional advisor.
- Experience with Canadian primary care, UK physician recruitment, regulated services, or two-sided marketplaces would be particularly valuable.

Equity and compensation

Careviv is offering 10–15% equity for this co-founder position. At this stage, the role is equity-compensated and does not include a salary.

Careviv intends to introduce a salary following the successful completion of its next fundraising round. The amount and timing will reflect the company’s financial position, available funding, the scope of the role, and any required corporate approvals.

The final equity percentage will reflect the candidate’s experience, expected contribution, time commitment, responsibilities, and long-term involvement. Equity will be subject to mutually agreed vesting, corporate approvals, shareholder documentation, and other definitive agreements.
