About the job

- Develop and maintain software tools and infrastructure for machine learning and AI workflows. Build backend services, APIs, automation tools, and system integrations.
- Support large-scale experiment execution, evaluation, and data processing workflows.
- Debug technical issues and improve system reliability, performance, and usability.
- Work with researchers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into practical software solutions.
- Communicate with internal users, collect feedback, and occasionally provide technical support for developed tools.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

The total target annual compensation for this position ranges from $58,000 to $104,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.

About the ideal candidate





- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python. Solid software engineering fundamentals, including debugging, testing, Git, and working with existing codebases.
- Familiarity with Linux development environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn unfamiliar technologies independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to clarify and understand technical requirements.
- Basic understanding of machine learning and contemporary AI systems.
- Experience with backend development, REST APIs, or databases.
- Experience with Docker, distributed systems, cloud or compute infrastructure
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or ML evaluation workflows. Experience with frontend development such as React or TypeScript. Open-source contributions, internships, or substantial personal software projects.
