Collision Coordinator, FFUN Collision - Yorkton, SK
Permanent Full-Time
At FFUN Collision Centre, we know that being involved in an accident or vehicle repair can be stressful. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused Collision Coordinator who can keep customers informed, repairs moving, and the front end of the collision centre running smoothly. You’ll be one of the main points of contact throughout the repair process—helping customers understand what happens next, coordinating appointments and updates, and making sure every vehicle is ready for a smooth handoff when the work is complete.
This is a great opportunity for someone who brings robust customer service experience, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment. Experience in automotive, collision repair, insurance, service advising, or a similar customer-facing environment would be an asset.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance from the moment they arrive
- Manage incoming phone calls, walk-in customers, emails, and other correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team member
- Schedule repair appointments and help accommodate customers who arrive without appointments
- Review vehicles currently in the repair process each day and provide customers with timely, proactive updates
- Confirm rental vehicle insurance coverage and verify applicable deductibles and customer payment responsibilities.
- Act as a key communication link between customers, technicians, estimators, insurance providers, and the collision centre team
- Confirm customer payment responsibilities and ensure payment arrangements are in place before repairs begin
- Review final invoices and supplemental billing for accuracy before vehicle delivery
- Help ensure completed repairs and vehicle presentation meet expectations before the customer arrives
- Coordinate the customer vehicle delivery process and explain final documentation as required
- Collect customer payments in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain accurate customer and repair information within dealership and collision centre systems
- Keep the reception and customer-facing areas organized, professional, and welcoming
- Support the collision centre team with additional administrative and coordination duties as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, administrative, automotive, insurance, or service environment
- Exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities at once
- Confidence communicating by phone, email, and in person
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing invoices, payments, and customer information
- A proactive approach—you don’t wait for a customer to call before providing an update
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day
- A positive, professional approach when working with customers who may be dealing with a stressful situation
- Solid computer skills and the ability to learn current systems quickly
- A collaborative, team-first attitude
