Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change and totals
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient measurement, topping assembly, and maintaining product freshness




- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space to ensure a safe and inviting environment

Requirements

- Previous barista experience or serving background in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar point-of-sale technology
- Robust time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting supplies or equipment as needed
