Duties

- Thoroughly wash and sanitize all baking utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, floors, walls, and storage areas to uphold hygiene regulations
- Assist with food handling tasks as needed, supporting the preparation of baked goods in a clean environment
- Ensure all dishwashing stations are stocked with necessary supplies and operate efficiently throughout shifts
- Follow safety protocols for chemical use and waste disposal to promote a safe working environment




- Support the overall cleanliness of the bakery by participating in routine deep cleaning tasks and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods, maintaining high standards of hygiene

Experience

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with kitchen cleaning procedures and food handling practices is preferred
- Experience working in a bakery, hotel kitchen, or hospitality setting is a plus
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for commercial kitchen equipment and surfaces
- Ability to follow detailed sanitation guidelines and safety protocols effectively
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward cleanliness standards
