Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various commercial facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have prior custodial or cleaning experience, with a focus on commercial cleaning environments.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and other designated areas within commercial buildings
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to meet cleanliness standards
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors,



and pressure washers safely and effectively
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning duties
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of client premises

Experience

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in commercial settings is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable with a professional attitude and good communication skills

Pay: $18.50 per hour
