We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on commercial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure our clients receive durable, high-quality roofing solutions that stand the test of time.

Responsibilities

- Run and complete commercial flat roofing jobs
- Install new roofing systems using various materials such as metal, or membrane roofing while adhering to safety standards and project specifications
- Repair and replace damaged or aging roofs efficiently to extend their lifespan
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to ensure precise installation and repairs
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and secure roofing materials
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation processes
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to prevent leaks and improve insulation performance




- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing or related trades such as carpentry or handyman work
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment essential for roofing tasks
- Experience with caulking, waterproofing, and sealing techniques preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation or repair work
- Prior experience in commercial roofing projects is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates with relevant construction backgrounds
