Membership Advantage is seeking a personable, motivated Community Outreach Sales Representative to introduce local businesses to our Member Benefit Platform.

This is a three-month contract position with the potential to be extended or become permanent. The successful candidate must live in the Comox Valley and be comfortable connecting with businesses both in person and by phone.

The Opportunity

You will reach out to local businesses and invite them to participate in the Membership Advantage Member Benefit Platform by providing an exclusive offer to members of participating clubs, associations, and non-profit organizations.

There is no cost for businesses to join the platform, and no money changes hands. All sales scripts, presentation materials, and other resources needed to succeed will be provided.

What You’ll Do

- Contact prospective local businesses by phone and in person
- Explain the perks of participating in the Member Benefit Platform
- Build positive relationships with business owners and community partners
- Follow provided outreach scripts and processes
- Respond to questions and guide interested businesses through the enrolment process
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and follow-ups
- Represent Membership Advantage professionally in the community

What We’re Looking For

- You live in the Comox Valley, British Columbia
- You are confident speaking with business owners by phone and in person
- You are friendly, professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- You have strong communication and relationship-building skills




- You can organize your schedule and work independently
- Previous experience in sales, business development, community outreach, customer service, or a related field is an asset
- Knowledge of the Comox Valley business community is an asset
- Reliable local transportation is strongly preferred

Contract and Compensation

- Three-month contract
- $2,500 per month
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Flexible work arrangements
- All scripts and outreach materials provided
- Potential for a contract extension or permanent employment
