By fostering a supportive environment, you will guide them in education, employment, and personal development. Candidates should possess robust communication and organizational skills, along with experience working with diverse communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer client-centered support and life skills training
- Develop individualized goals based on assessments
- Organize transportation for youth to relevant activities
- Collaborate with schools and the Ministry of Social Services
- Ensure adherence to YWCA policies and contract standards Requirements:
- Experience in human services or related education
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Successful Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks
