- Lead the Memory Living team to provide quality services
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
- Oversee the implementation of person-centered care plans
- Design and facilitate daily activities that promote engagement
- Ensure all staff complete necessary training and compliance Requirements:
- Two years of experience working in dementia care
- Previous management role is an asset
- Valid Registered Practical Nurse certification
- Experience with behavioral education certifications is preferred
