We are seeking Candidates with the following:

- Urban, luxury or lifestyle experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Full Service Hotel Experience, with strong skills in F&B.;
- Ability to manage, drive and lead a team of department heads.
- Marriott experience preferred.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
- Proven track record of revenue and market share improvements/results.
- Excellent ability to network in a city through relationships and serving as face of hotel.
- Interest in joining a very progressive company.
- Proven experience leading teams to success.
- Out-of-the box thinking and creativity in providing memorable service to our guests.
- Superior profit driving skills and ability to manage a budget and control costs

Being a Concord GM: As a Complex General Manager you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating,
