Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate concrete pumping equipment to efficiently deliver concrete to various construction sites, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality results. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, mechanical knowledge, and construction experience will be essential in supporting our projects’ success.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, from paving projects to concrete forming and finishing, all while maintaining safety and precision.

Responsibilities

- Operate concrete pumping machinery safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to designated locations on construction sites.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of pump equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, crane operators, and other crew members to plan and execute concrete placement tasks effectively.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of pump equipment, including positioning and stabilizing machinery for operation.
- Support other heavy equipment operations such as loader operation, excavator handling, or concrete finishing as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE),



to prevent accidents or injuries on site.
- Maintain detailed logs of pump operations, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating heavy construction equipment such as concrete pumps, loaders, or excavators.
- Construction experience, particularly in paving, concrete forming, or finishing work.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record for transporting equipment or materials when required.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics related to pump setup and operation.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and site supervisors.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
