Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Weekend only 9am-1pm Condo Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of condominium common areas, ensuring a high standard of sanitation and customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in residential or commercial cleaning to contribute to a professional and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of condo common areas including vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and bathrooms, including appliance cleaning and floor care
- Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistency across all units
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning or deep cleans when required
- Drive a tractor to move garbage

Qualifications





- Proven experience in residential condo cleaning, janitorial work is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and general custodial practices
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
- Prior experience with commercial condo cleaning
