Crossmount Homes Ltd is looking for reliable and experienced individuals to add to our construction team to assist in building and maintaining our next expansion neighbourhood of residential homes. Crossmount Homes Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary in the Crossmount Group of Companies, locally owned and operated with growing operations in a number of industries.

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor with strong construction knowledge valuable work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

General Duties

- Complete and oversee a variety of residential construction and renovation tasks.
- Read and follow plans, drawings, and job specifications.
- Perform general carpentry, framing, finishing, and installation work.
- Coordinate daily activities on site and help keep projects organized.
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, homeowners, and project management.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Assist with material planning, measurements, and job-site preparation.




- Identify and address construction issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Guide and support other crew members when required.
- Complete other general construction duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
- Experience leading a crew or overseeing job-site activities is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licence.
- Commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship.
- Legally qualified to work in Canada
