Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Labourer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life!We are seeking a reliable, physically fit, and hard-working General Labourer to support both earthworks/excavation projects and hands-on vineyard operations. Duties

- Excavation & Construction Support
- Assist heavy equipment operators with ground preparation, trenching, backfilling, and grade checking.
- Safely operate manual hand tools (shovels, pickaxes, tampers) and small power equipment.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, piping, and debris across job sites.
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure work areas per safety standards.
- Vineyard Labour & Development
- Assist in vineyard site setup, including post-driving, trellis installation, and irrigation line placement.
- Perform general vineyard maintenance and canopy management (pruning, wire lifting, weeding, and vine tying).
- Support seasonal harvest efforts and specialized vineyard land management projects.
- Growth & Career Progression
- Cross-train on heavy equipment (mini-excavators, skid steers, tractors) under senior operator supervision.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and possesses a positive, team-first attitude.
- Experience: Prior experience in general construction, excavation, landscaping, or agriculture is an asset (will train the right candidate).
- Driver’s License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Safety: Steel-toed work boots required; knowledge of site safety protocols is preferred.

Requirements

- Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics is advantageous
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new techniques and procedures
- Commitment to following safety guidelines at all times to ensure a secure work environment
