Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all phases are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

- Coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Assist in developing detailed project schedules and timelines using project scheduling techniques.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and cost control measures.
- Monitor safety protocols on-site and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.




- Support the resolution of project issues promptly through effective project management practices.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction site management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Knowledge of construction contracts administration, and project scheduling techniques.
- Strong background in construction management principles and site safety regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
