ROLE SUMMARY: The Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for fostering a continuous improvement culture and contributing to cross functional improvement initiatives across the organization. This role combines business analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities, organize project teams, implement solutions, and deliver business value. The Continuous Improvement Analyst will partner closely with teams across the organization, including but not limited to information systems and technologies (IST), operations, sales, and finance. This role is best suited for an individual who has a strong interest in how the organization functions and how to improve organizational performance.

Success in this role will be measured by the individual’s ability to develop an understanding of the business, build effective relationships across the organization, and implement changes that achieve the intended business benefit. These benefits could be improved efficiency, stronger compliance, reduced complexity, or another clearly defined goal or objective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Projects & Initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams through the full project lifecycle from initiation to close
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize project goals and objectives




- Facilitate project teams’ problem solving with an unbiased perspective to identify optimal solutions for the organization
- Monitor the results of implementations to ensure their effectiveness using both quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Prepare and share project statuses and reports with relevant stakeholders, including senior management where appropriate
- Technology & Process Improvement
- Develop a practical understanding of how business systems and applications support business processes
- Collaborate with IST, particularly the ERP and business applications team, to identify ways existing systems can be better leveraged to create business value
- Analyze business processes to understand requirements, map processes, and evaluate potential solutions against strategic objectives
- Develop practical, scalable recommendations that align process improvements, technology capabilities, and organizational priorities
- Business Partnership & Influence
- Coordinate long-term continuous improvement programs, such as internal education or adoption programs, to deliver value to the organization
- Develop relationships across the organization to understand how departments function and what their goals and opportunities are
- Bring a reasoned, analytical perspective to planning, project, and decision-making discussions while advocating for the overall best interests of the organization
- Provide practical support to business teams as improvement opportunities, issues, or priorities emerge

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, commerce, information technology, economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a role involving process improvement,



business analysis, project management, or leadership
- Demonstrated interest in business operations, project work, or organizational effectiveness
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) is an asset
- CAPM certification, or progress toward obtaining a CAPM, is an asset

- Ability to balance hands-on work with broader initiative coordination
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and bringing structure to problems

The successful candidate will be required to produce a satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Judicial Matters Check in the original format and dated within one (1) month of the conditional offer from Activa group of companies. This role is open due to an existing vacancy.

Pay: $62,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
