The Hospital for Sick Children is looking for a skilled Program Manager to support the Provincial Council for Maternal and Child Health (PCMCH) during a parental leave.
This unique position focuses on project management and health policy expertise to foster system-wide improvements in newborn healthcare. Your leadership will be vital in aligning stakeholders with the council's objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the mandate of the Provincial Council for Maternal and Child Health
- Work closely with the PCMCH Director and team
- Implement strategic changes that address organizational needs
- Research and plan effective quality improvement initiatives
- Provide in-depth reports for stakeholders as needed Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- 5 years of relevant health policy experience
- Proven ability in managing large-scale projects
- Strong relationship management capabilities
