Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and make correct change while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling orders, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring cleanliness in the food prep area
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the dining area, kitchen, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and ensure smooth workflow

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards serving customers and working collaboratively
