Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cook to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and serving areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle food with care, following proper hygiene practices to prevent contamination
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients as needed.
- Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Follow all food industry safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards,



and sanitation practices.
- Experience with cooking and meal preparation techniques.
- Strong serving skills with a friendly, qualified attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry and kitchen operations.
- Alberta Food Safety Certificate.
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector.
- First Aid Training with CPR/AED.
