Position: Cook (Japanese Cuisine) Wage: CAD$17.50/hour Types: Full time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays) Working hours: 30 40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes, including u-don, donburi, teriyaki, tempura, maki, rolls, and other menu items; • Maintain inventory and records of food; • Oversee kitchen operation; • Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements





- Completion of secondary school; • Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience required.
- Skills demonstration may be required.
