Prohibition Social House is looking for a motivated and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Position

- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $20 to $25 per hour
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety procedures
- Set up and maintain an organized and clean workstation
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and stocking
- Maintain proper food storage and labeling
- Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and sanitized
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members




- Help maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen during busy service periods

Qualifications
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Versatile availability, including weekends and holidays
