Duties
- Assist with food preparation (including making dough), ensuring ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for service
- Support the cooking team by following recipes and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations and standards
- Support overall kitchen operations by restocking supplies, assisting with meal assembly, and helping maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous food service or kitchen experience is mandatory; must be quick to learn menus and recipes
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
- Basic understanding of food handling, safety procedures, and hygiene standards
- Experience working in other similar restaurants is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have the food handling certificate/be willing to get it asap after employment
