Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, demonstrating a robust understanding of food handling, safety, and preparation. As a Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Help train recent kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
- Respond to customer feedback regarding meals to enhance overall dining experience.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is imperative.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Ability work in a fast-paced kitchen setting independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends and holidays
- Must be punctual.
