We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals that delight our guests while ensuring efficient kitchen operations.

Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including meal preparation and presentation.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food safety practices.
- Develop new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.

Qualifications





- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, food preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
