CineGround recherche une personne dynamique, polyvalente et organisée pour appuyer l'équipe dans la gestion quotidienne du studio et le suivi des projets. Cœur battant de nos locaux, vous veillerez autant à la qualité de l'accueil qu'au bon déroulement logistique de nos productions.

Notez que ce poste doit être fait en présentiel.

Responsabilités :

Soutien à la coordination de projets:

Participer à la planification et au suivi des calendriers (réception des fichiers, réservation des salles, échéanciers).

Assurer la liaison entre les clients et l'équipe interne (assistants, monteurs, coloristes) pour relayer les demandes et révisions.

Assister l'équipe dans la préparation des devis, la saisie des données et le suivi de la facturation.

Coordination du studio & Accueil:

Offrir un accueil chaleureux et professionnel aux clients, artistes et visiteurs (prise en charge du confort, boissons/café).

Veiller à la tenue impeccable, à l'ordre et au bon fonctionnement des salles de travail et des espaces communs.

Appuyer la logistique quotidienne du studio (réception de colis, inventaire et achats, coordination des accès).

Profil et compétences recherchés :

Diplôme ou formation en cinéma, gestion de médias, communication ou administration (ou expérience pertinente équivalente).

Une première expérience en service à la clientèle, accueil ou administration est un atout.

Grand sens de l'organisation, rigueur et souci du détail.

Excellentes habiletés relationnelles, attitude positive et plaisir à travailler en équipe.

Capacité à gérer les priorités et à s'adapter rapidement dans un environnement créatif.

Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais), à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

Studio & Post-Production Coordinator

CineGround is seeking a dynamic, versatile, and organized individual to support the team in the daily management of the studio and project follow-ups. As the heartbeat of our office, you will ensure a warm welcome for clients as well as the smooth logistical operation of our productions. Please note that this is an in-person position.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination Support

Assist with schedule planning and tracking (file ingestion, room bookings, deadlines).

Act as the liaison between clients and the internal team (assistants, onliners, colorists) to communicate requests and revisions.

Assist the team with quote preparation, data entry, and invoicing follow-ups.

Studio Coordination & Reception

Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients, artists, and visitors (ensuring their comfort, serving drinks/coffee).

Maintain the impeccable appearance, organization, and proper functioning of working rooms and common areas.

Support daily studio logistics (receiving packages, inventory and purchasing, managing access).

Desired skills and experience :

Degree or training in film, media management, communication, or administration (or equivalent relevant experience).

Prior experience in customer service, reception, or administration is an asset.

Strong organizational skills, thoroughness, and keen attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong enjoyment of teamwork.

Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a creative setting.

Fully bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
