The Marketing

Coordinator supports B2B initiatives by planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities with the sales team, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels. Day-to-day tasks include preparing marketing materials and content for clients, assisting with event planning and trade shows, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining accurate records of activities and results. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align marketing projects with business objectives, managing timelines and deliverables, and contributing ideas to improve outreach and client engagement.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt messaging for different B2B audiences.




- Experience supporting Sales teams, with an understanding of B2B sales cycles and the ability to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
- Proficiency in Event Planning, such as coordinating logistics for client events, trade shows, and promotional activations.
- Solid Writing skills for marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content tailored to business clients.
- Effective Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating stakeholders.
- Knowledge of basic digital marketing tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, social media, CRM systems) is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Relevant post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
