This hands-on leadership role requires substantial financial expertise, around 15 years of accounting experience, including 5 years of managing teams. The successful candidate will work to enhance financial reporting accuracy, oversee audits, and maintain robust internal controls while collaborating with various departments throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Ensure integrity of financial records and statements
