The Cost

Consultant will oversee project budgets, track costs, and facilitate communication between lenders and developers. Reviewing construction progress and risks will be part of your monthly responsibilities. A background in construction management or engineering, paired with practical experience, is fundamental for this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Review monthly progress claims in office
- Establish and manage project budgets
- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects
- Monitor development schedules for compliance
- Prepare reports for lenders regarding loan disbursements Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Over 3 years of experience in project monitoring
- Solid knowledge of construction contracts
