Responsibilities

- Assist customers at the counter and over the phone with automotive parts inquiries
- Identify and recommend the correct automotive parts based on customer needs
- Look up parts using computerized catalog and inventory systems
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Promote and sell automotive parts and related products
- Process customer orders, invoices, returns, and payments
- Check product availability and assist customers with special orders
- Maintain an organized and professional parts counter
- Work closely with other team members to provide fast and accurate service

Qualifications
- Good knowledge of automotive parts is required




- Previous experience in automotive parts sales, parts counter, or a related automotive position is preferred
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Strong learning ability and willingness to learn new products and systems
- Good sales skills and customer service skills
- Outgoing, friendly, positive, and confident personality
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers
- Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented
- Good English communication skills
