- Electric vehicle distribution and fleet operations

As we establish our Canadian headquarters and launch operations across Ontario and other provinces, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Country Lead to build and scale the business from the ground up.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional corporate management role.

We are looking for a builder, operator, and entrepreneur who can help establish Contigo Mobility as a leading mobility platform in Canada.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder and executive team to launch and scale multiple business lines including vehicle sales, fleet subscriptions, charging infrastructure, battery services, strategic partnerships, government relations, and smart mobility projects.

The Country Lead will be responsible for developing the Canadian business strategy, executing market entry plans, building local partnerships, recruiting the initial team, and delivering commercial growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth

- Develop and execute Contigo Mobility's Canadian market strategy.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with municipalities, fleet operators, universities, logistics companies, property developers, and corporate customers.
- Drive revenue growth across vehicle sales,



fleet subscriptions, charging infrastructure, and mobility services.
- Establish dealer, reseller, and service partner networks.
- Identify and pursue government, public-sector, and smart-city opportunities.

Market Expansion
- Lead the launch of Contigo Mobility operations across Ontario.
- Develop expansion plans into additional Canadian provinces.
- Evaluate and execute new business opportunities aligned with Contigo's global strategy.
- Build relationships with local industry stakeholders and ecosystem partners.

Operations & Execution
- Establish Canadian operational processes and standards.
- Manage day-to-day business activities.
- Coordinate vehicle imports, logistics, fleet deployment, and customer onboarding.
- Oversee project delivery and implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal regulations.

Government & Stakeholder Relations
- Build relationships with:
- Invest Ontario
- Toronto Global
- MaRS Discovery District
- Municipal governments
- Provincial agencies
- Industry associations
- Universities and innovation hubs
- Identify grants, incentives, funding programs, and strategic opportunities.

Team Building
- Recruit and develop the Canadian team.
- Manage external consultants, contractors, and service providers.
- Create a high-performance startup culture focused on execution and accountability.

Strategic Leadership
- Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations.
- Develop annual business plans and growth forecasts.
- Report regularly to the executive leadership team.
- Represent Contigo Mobility at conferences, events, and industry engagements.

QualificationsRequired
- 7+ years of experience in business development, operations, mobility,



transportation, automotive, energy, technology, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated experience launching or scaling new business initiatives.
- Strong commercial and partnership development capabilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a rapid-moving startup environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Canada.

What Success Looks Like Within the first 12 months, the Country Lead will:
- Establish Contigo Mobility's Canadian commercial presence.
- Secure strategic fleet and enterprise customers.
- Develop key government and ecosystem partnerships.
- Build a national dealer and service network.
- Launch initial mobility and charging projects.
- Recruit the core Canadian team.
- Create a scalable platform for national expansion.
