CREW CHIEF

Enviropaving Alberta

Enviropaving is looking for a Crew Chief to lead our paving crews in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

We install beautiful, durable surfaces made from 100% recycled rubber, transforming existing concrete, asphalt and other surfaces into driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, steps and more.

We are looking for someone who can lead a crew, take ownership of a project and make sure the job is done right.

THE ROLE

As Crew Chief, you'll be responsible for running the job site from start to finish.

You'll lead the crew through:

- Preparing and repairing existing surfaces
- Mixing and preparing rubber paving materials
- Installing and spreading the rubber paving system
- Finishing and detailing the surface
- Setting up and maintaining tools and equipment
- Keeping the job site organized and protected
- Managing the crew and keeping the project on schedule
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and clients
- Inspecting the finished work and ensuring it meets Enviropaving standards
- Solving problems on-site when they arise
- Leaving every property clean and looking better than when we arrived

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in construction, paving, landscaping or a related trade
- Has experience leading a small crew or is ready to take that responsibility
- Takes genuine pride in the quality of their work
- Is physically capable of working outdoors throughout the day
- Is dependable and shows up ready to work
- Can follow processes while also thinking independently
- Has good attention to detail




- Communicates well with both customers and crew members
- Can take responsibility for the outcome of a project
- Has a valid driver's licence
- Wants an prospect to grow with a rapidly expanding company

Experience with rubber paving is an asset, but it is not required. We will train the right person in the Enviropaving installation system. THIS IS MORE THAN A LABOUR JOB

You'll be representing Enviropaving in front of our customers and will have a direct impact on the quality of every project we complete.
