Crew Leader - Landscaping

Do you take pride in doing things properly, leading by example, and genuinely love working outdoors with a tight knit team? You’re a natural leader who is passionate about landscape maintenance and horticulture and feel most at home in the field, setting the pace and standard for others.

You care deeply about quality, professionalism, and leaving a site better than you found it. You enjoy teaching, coaching, and helping others improve their skills while still getting your hands dirty and leading from the front.

At Hawthorn Landscape, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead our maintenance team(s) in the field. - Take Initiative: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see what needs attention on a site and take action. Whether it’s addressing a problem, supporting a crew member, or adjusting the plan for the day, you take ownership and keep work moving forward.
- Leads by Example: You lead from the front. You work alongside your crew, model safe and professional behavior, and set the tone for effort, attitude, and teamwork. You support your team, coach them as they learn, and hold them accountable in a fair and respectful way.
- Love People: You genuinely care about the people you work with and the clients you serve. You understand that strong crews are built on trust, respect,
