Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food handling, stocking supplies, and ensuring the kitchen area is organized and hygienic




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and minimize wait times
- Support team members with basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math when necessary

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation, quick service or fast-food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or grocery store operations is advantageous but not mandatory
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
