Job Summary

As a Juicy Birds Crew Member, you’ll provide friendly customer service, prepare and serve food, process orders and payments, maintain a clean and safe restaurant, and work closely with the team to ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires reliability, teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment

Duties

- Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process cash/card payments.
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards.
- Keep the restaurant, kitchen, counters, and dining area clean and organized.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy periods and support other crew members.
- Restock ingredients,



packaging, and supplies as needed.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Be reliable, punctual, positive, and comfortable working as part of a team.

No previous restaurant experience may be required; employers generally look for good communication, teamwork, reliability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $17.65-$25.00 per hour
