As a Community Crisis Worker III, you will partner with nurses and mental health workers to deliver essential crisis intervention services.

Key responsibilities include conducting client intakes, managing follow-up interactions, and engaging with the community through education. The position requires advanced education in health or social sciences and one year of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Function as Mobile Crisis Unit intake and dispatcher
- Provide follow-up crisis intervention contacts
- Prepare summaries for client care-planning meetings
- Conduct psychosocial and risk assessments
- Assist in creating client goal plans and supporting interventions Requirements:
- Advanced education in health or social sciences
- One year of experience in mental health or social service
- BCLS and First Aid certifications
- Proficiency with Windows-based programs
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License Bring your expertise in crisis intervention and solid communication skills to support those in need.
