Become a Peer Supporter in the Crisis Stabilization program at Stonehenge Therapeutic Community. Utilize your lived experience in addiction recovery to provide emotional and practical support to individuals in crisis. This full-time, 12-month contract role requires in-depth knowledge of mental health and substance use issues.

As a member of an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver compassionate support while helping participants achieve their wellness goals. Your involvement fosters a sense of hope, encouraging clients towards reliable community living. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized support based on lived experience
- Assist clients with crisis management and resource navigation




- Facilitate psycho-education and support group sessions
- Monitor the stabilization environment and client health
- Engage in conflict resolution as needed Requirements:
- Lived experience of addiction and recovery
- Post-secondary education in social services or related field
- Crisis management and outreach experience
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle
