Our company is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant to join our team. Previous experience in a veterinary-based environment is preferred. and is able to work independently as well as with a team. He/she must be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills and can multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customers and communicate effectively and professionally.
- hardworking individuals who love pets.
- Previous experience with Avimark veterinary software is an assist.




- Maintain good working relationships with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the workload effectively to decrease the on-call load for the team.
- Work a flexible schedule.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
