Customer Experience & Medical Office Coordinator
Location: Surrey, BC (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (plus commission and overtime pay eligible)

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Engagement & Retention: Connect with patients through personalized communication, ensure high satisfaction, and re-engage patients who’ve dropped off.
- Front Desk & Office Support: Provide a welcoming atmosphere for patients, manage scheduling, and maintain accurate EMR records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to promote new initiatives and continuously improve patient care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required Experience:
Must have some background in medical office administration or customer-facing roles, especially in physiotherapy, massage therapy, or occupational therapy clinics.
- Skills:
- Phone Skills: Professional and friendly phone etiquette is key to positive patient communication.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to handle schedules, patient communications, and documentation.
- Excel: Comfortable using Excel to track data, manage patient appointments, and generate reports.
- Digital Systems: Experience with EMR systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new digital tools and software.
- Personality: You’re a problem-solver who works well with others and thrives in a collaborative environment. You care about the details and always put patients first.
