Part time Customer Service & Print Shop Associate

Power House Prints – Osoyoos, BC

Power House Prints is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized person to join our team part-time!

We are a busy local print and parcel shop offering document printing, copying, shipping and parcel services, custom apparel, and more. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable using computers, and can confidently handle a variety of tasks throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Helping customers with printing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and document services
- Preparing and printing customer documents
- Assisting customers with parcel drop-offs and pick-ups
- Processing courier shipments and following parcel procedures
- Operating the cash register/POS system and processing payments
- Answering phones and assisting with customer questions
- Keeping the front counter and work areas clean and organized
- Helping with basic print finishing such as cutting, laminating, and organizing orders
- Learning about our custom printing and apparel services




- Assisting with other day-to-day shop duties as needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized and able to pay attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic programs
- Able to learn new equipment and processes
- Able to work independently once trained
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and switching between tasks
- Willing to learn — print shop experience is not required

Customer service or retail experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Position Details

Job Type: Part-Time Location: Osoyoos, BC

Schedule: Part-time hours; availability will be discussed during the interview.
