Customer Service & Appointment Setter (Mortgage Leads) - Remote

Pay: $18.25/hr

Schedule: 1-2 hours/day, contract

Location: Remote-would like someone local The job

We help people get approved for mortgages and home equity loans. When someone applies, your job is to call them back that same day, have a short and friendly conversation, and get them booked in with our team.

What you'll do

- Call warm inbound leads who applied for a mortgage or HELOC
- Have a friendly, qualified conversation and book the appointment
- Log calls and outcomes in our CRM

Who we're looking for
- Easy, natural phone manner
- Comfortable picking up new software quickly
- Reliable and self-directed once trained
- Has their own laptop

No mortgage experience needed. We'll train you on the process and give you a script to work from.
