A busy full service engraving and awards business is looking for a customer service representative and production assembler.

The business is seeking an individual with strong customer service experience, computer knowledge, teamwork skills and creativity. This self-starter position involves serving customers as well as working with computers and light manufacturing assembly to complete daily production priorities.

Position includes

- Assembly of awards, medals and engraved signage and items to customer's specifications
- Engraving work through computer design programs and specialized equipment
- Maintain equipment (printers, lasers, heat press, etc)
- Serving customers to assist with order selection and completing sales




- Stocking and pulling associated hardware from inventory.

Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize work and ensure task completion
- Customer service experience
- Good computer skills
- Creative design skills
- Knowledge in CorelDRAW, Photoshop or other graphic design software (Desired but not required)

Job Types: Permanent, Part time, Full-time Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
