We are hiring full-time, permanent Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide excellent service to our clients and support our products and services.

What You’ll Do

- Handle a high volume of customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Identify customer needs and provide clear, tailored solutions
- Accurately document information in our customer management system
- Meet or exceed performance goals
- Work with your team to ensure a positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluent, transparent written and spoken English
- Strong customer service skills (retail or hospitality experience is an asset)
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Reliable attendance and availability for 40 hours per week, scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday
