We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering top-notch service and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our production team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Be the friendly face and voice of our company—greet walk-in customers and assist them with their needs.
- Answer phone calls and emails with clarity and professionalism.
- Accurately document job instructions to ensure seamless production.
- Keep an eye on proofs sent to customers and follow up as needed.
- Offer solutions and guidance to help customers achieve the best possible results.
- Work closely with production team to ensure smooth job flow.
- Handle transactions—including processing credit and debit card payments.
- Manage invoicing through Avanti MIS software.
- Provide updates to customers regarding job status and tracking.
- Coordinate material orders by issuing purchase orders to suppliers and vendors.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, including procurement, installation coordination, and scheduling.
- Ensure successful installation coordination by liaising with customers and installers to meet project timelines and expectations.





Who You Are:

- A customer service pro with previous experience (bonus points if it’s in the print industry!).
- Someone who understands that great service isn’t just about answering questions—it’s about creating an exceptional experience.
- A natural communicator with solid written and verbal skills.
- An organizational wizard who thrives on attention to detail.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and thriving under shifting deadlines.
- A true team player who enjoys collaborating and solving problems together.
- Skilled in keyboarding and data entry, with an eye for accuracy.

Your Background:

- High school diploma required.
- Post-secondary technical training is an asset but not a must.
